http://chinese.astrology.com/ You can enter your birthday and find your Zodiac

http://www.c-c-c.org/chineseculture/zodiac/Dragon.html I am a Dragon
People born in the Year of the Dragon are healthy, energetic, excitable, short-tempered, and stubborn. They are also honest, sensitive, brave, and they inspire confidence and trust. Dragon people are the most eccentric of any in the eastern zodiac. They neither borrow money nor make flowery speeches, but they tend to be soft-hearted which sometimes gives others an advantage over them. They are compatible with Rats, Snakes, Monkeys, and Roosters.

http://www.c-c-c.org/chineseculture/zodiac/Ox.html Rich is an Ox
People born in the Year of the Ox are patient, speak little, and inspire confidence in others. They tend, however, to be eccentric, and bigoted, and they anger easily. They have fierce tempers and although they speak little, when they do they are quite eloquent. Ox people are mentally and physically alert. Generally easy-going, they can be remarkably stubborn, and they hate to fail or be opposed. They are most compatible with Snake, Rooster, and Rat people.

http://www.c-c-c.org/chineseculture/zodiac/tiger.htm And ZuZu is a Tiger
Tiger people are sensitive, given to deep thinking, capable of great sympathy. They can be extremely short-tempered, however. Other people have great respect for them, but sometimes tiger people come into conflict with older people or those in authority. sometimes Tiger people cannot make up their minds, which can result in a poor, hasty decision or a sound decision arrived at too late. They are suspicious of others, but they are courageous and powerful. Tigers are most compatible with Horses, Dragons, and Dogs

Not even Winter and 20" of snow already

My mother in law is very talented. She made this soldier that is in front of our Garden Shed. (The wood pole in the front right of the picture is where our light will be going). Here is a picture from the last storm we had.

Next the bench that will go to the right of the bookshelf. He did a great job. He still needs to make the star/moon/sun/ball that go ontop of the four post.

Does any one speak Woof?

I need someone that can talk to my dogs for me. For the last 4 months Woody has been on some meds to cure him of his Lyme disease and Ehrlichia. They did a rough job on his tummy. I would love to explain that now that he is off that bad medicine, he needs to start eating his normal food again.

Could you also explain to Morgan that since he has been limping for weeks, the doctor suggested that we limit his activity for 3-4 weeks! He doesn't understand why he can't play with Woody, why he can't chase the ball, why he can't play in the snow, why he can't go out back and sniff around. Did I mention how much Morgan loves to play in the snow. Did I mention we are getting 9 " of snow.

See how much he loves to play

The good life

The other day I was in the office working and Morgan, who usually stays with me, went upstairs. I didn't realize at the time, but he went all the way up to the bedrooms. This is what he was doing when I got up there.

I wish I could say that I had made the bed and he is the one that messed it up, but I usually don't make it till lunch time. I guess he wanted to go back to bed for the morning.

If you are looking for a great charity

Check out www.bringmehope.org. ZuZu went to camp via this program in August 2006. She had an amazing time and we think it is such a great program. You can check out our post from April 7, 2008 to see a slide show of the few pictures we have.
